How to list your property on Airbnb? - Vacation Rental Guide
No matter what type of property you want to list you have to start by signing up to the platform. Signing up is simple:
- Go to the Airbnb website
- Click on 'Become a Host‘ on the top right corner of the page
- Click on the pink ‘Try hosting’ button
- Follow the instructions from there
Once you’ve logged in, click on ‘Become a Host’ again and you’ll be asked to fill in some basic information about your property such as your address, home type, and the number of guests that can be accommodated.
You will have to also have to specify the type of property you are in the section ‘+ Let us know any special spaces guests can access.’ When you select it, a drop-down will appear asking you to choose the property type (e.g.: apartment, B&B, boutique hotel, house, etc.). You can then fill in the number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
Under ‘+ Add any special amenities’ you can mention any interesting amenities such as pool access, a gym, or if your property offers rooms with a sea view.
You will then be redirected to a different page where you will have to include more information such as the location, amenities, photographs, descriptions and a title, booking settings, calendar and availability, and pricing.
Finally, make sure you review all your information and you are all set to go!

If you are renting out multiple rooms at different prices make sure each is uploaded as a different listing even if it is in the same property.
