Minut Joins the Hostaway Marketplace as a Noise and Home Monitoring Solution

Hostaway is thrilled to announce our newest partnership and integration, Minut! Minut has joined the Hostaway Marketplace as a home and noise monitoring solution for Hostaway property managers. These solutions improve the guest experience and heighten property security.

The Minut Hostaway partnership continues Hostaway’s efforts to provide property managers with the best solutions, tools, and integrations within the industry. Hostaway’s modular and customizable system is perfect for seamlessly adding additional tools to the management process including home monitoring software and devices.

Minut was founded with the mission to make short-term rental work for everyone: hosts, guests, and neighbors alike. The Minut sensor monitors noise, occupancy, motion, and temperature in rental properties, helping hosts and property managers protect their homes and enhance the guest experience without sacrificing guest privacy.

In addition to tracking sound levels, Minut also notifies property managers when it detects noise. To allow for quicker resolution, Minut can call and/or message guests, reminding them to keep the noise to a minimum. This automated and seamless communication is made possible through the guest reservation API recently completed.
