Our numbers show that on average, around 9% of total charges to guests are refunded. These refunds can happen for a number of reasons, like:
Before, you could only send refunds directly through payment providers, like Stripe.
With this new feature, you can now refund charges made through Stripe, as well as offline charges, directly from Hostaway. This means you'll also be able to track and report on the refund in your reporting against the original charge.
